What we collect
Only what an order needs, plus what a web server records automatically.

What we do not do
- We do not sell or rent your data, to anyone, for any price.
- We do not publish your firm as a client or use it as a reference without written permission.
- We do not run advertising trackers on this site.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own. Stripe sets cookies on its own checkout pages, governed by Stripe's privacy policy, and Cloudflare may set a security cookie to distinguish visitors from automated traffic.
Who else sees your order
Fulfilment involves subcontractors: writers, outreach specialists and distribution partners. They receive the minimum needed to do the piece of work in front of them, which is usually the brief and the target URL, and they are bound to confidentiality. Host publications receive the article and whatever attribution you approved.
How long we keep it
Order records and correspondence for 7 years, because tax and accounting rules require it. Server logs for 30 days. Draft material for 12 months after an order completes, so a replacement claim can be honoured.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Email [email protected] and we will respond inside 30 days. Residents of California, and of jurisdictions with equivalent rules, have these rights by statute and we apply them to everyone rather than sorting people by geography.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Payment data never touches our systems. Order correspondence lives in a business email account with two-factor authentication enabled.
