Terms of service

Last updated August 18, 2026. By placing an order through this site you agree to these terms. They are written to be read, not to be survived.

1. Who you are contracting with

digitalprforlawyers.com is operated by Case Clicks, referred to below as we or us. You means the person placing the order and the firm or organisation on whose behalf it is placed.

2. What we are not

We are not a law firm and we do not provide legal advice. Nothing on this site or in any deliverable is legal advice, and no attorney-client relationship is created by buying from us or by anything we write about your firm. You remain responsible for your own compliance with the advertising rules of every jurisdiction in which you are admitted.

3. Services and scope

Each service is defined on its own page, and that page is the scope. Deliverables, turnaround and inclusions are what appears there at the time you order. Anything outside it is a new order. Turnaround times run in business days from your written approval, not from payment.

4. Your approvals and your content

Nothing publishes under your firm's name without your written approval. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you tell us, for having the right to publish it, and for any confidentiality, privilege or court order that restricts it. You confirm that facts you supply about case results, awards and credentials are accurate and publishable in the jurisdictions where you practise.

You grant us the licence needed to write about your firm, use your name, logo and attorney details in the deliverables, and submit them to host publications. Published work carries the licence terms of the host site, and we cannot vary those.

5. What we do not control

We do not control search engines, host publications, or whether a placement stays live. We do not promise rankings, traffic, leads, revenue, a named publication, or a specific link attribute in perpetuity. Where a placement is removed or altered by a host site, the refund and replacement policy governs.

6. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through Stripe, which processes card details directly. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any taxes that apply to you. Monthly programs bill in advance on the same day each month and cancel with 30 days notice. Failed payments pause delivery until resolved.

7. Refunds

Refunds and replacements are governed by the refund and replacement policy, which forms part of these terms. Filing a chargeback for work already delivered and reported is a breach of these terms.

8. Confidentiality

We keep your order details, target pages and firm information confidential and do not publish client lists or use your firm as a reference without written permission. Agencies buying white-label keep their client relationship intact: our name appears nowhere client-facing when you tell us at the outset.

9. Liability

Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost cases, lost referrals or reputational harm. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Termination

Either side can stop placing or accepting orders at any time. We may decline or cancel an order, with a full refund, where the subject matter is unlawful, where publication would expose either of us to liability, or where the requested claims cannot be substantiated.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, and the version in force for your order is the one published on the day you ordered. Material changes are dated at the top of this page.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and the state and federal courts located in Lee County, Florida have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
